About The Refined Ladies Program
The Refined Ladies: She is a Jewel is a coaching program for ladies of all ages. It is a self-discovering journey through group sessions conducted face to face or virtually. It focusses on empowering ladies to discover, package and utilize their potential to live more productive and fulfilling lives.
The refined ladies program involves three major series each comprising several sessions:
- Defining Self: This series helps to foster self-awareness and involves identifying and healing past emotional wounds.
- Refining Self: This series promotes positive self-concept through clearer understanding of one's gifts, talents, abilities, and skills.
- Shining Self: This series involves deliberate goal setting and action taking on self-branding and presenting oneself to the world.
Individual coaching sessions are also arranged separately as part of the Refined Ladies series.
