What’s the cancellation policy?

To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to offer available time slots to others in need, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% session fee.
